jmorvay1971
So I have seen official annoucements and Q&As about Dovetail Games' new Flightschool. I hear a lot of talk about what they plan to release and what they don't. I know that ORBX expects to maintain a relationship with DG, providing content, but s I understand it, after Flightschool, the new flightsim will be 64-bit. What and how will that effect the design strategies between LM's Prepar3D and DG's Flightsim as they are two different builds? I'm not an expert in specifics, it's just what I hear and read. IF we see DG has a 64-bit sim and Prepar3D is 32-bit, how would that affect the development of future ORBX products as well as pricing the two? -Jim

jmorvay1971
Thanks. I did read it before, but missed one single post by someone that mirrored what I asked. I think it's clear as mud for now. -Jim
aero-3fsx
I guess as LM & DTG reveal their strategies over time, OrbX will respond in some way to improve their already excellent FTX scenery. I especially look forward to the potential for adding texture attributes such as specularity & translucence etc
