Lufferov
I've just purcahsed a collection of add-ons including: FTX Global Base Pack FTX Global open LC Europe FTX Global Vector FTX Region England It looks like everything installed correctly but in FTX Central 2 it looks like I can only have one "Group" active... so either "FTX Global" or "Europe". Which should I have as the "Active" group? Also, I tried clicking on the "ORBX GUIDE" but nothing happens, so where's that gone?
Nick Cooper
Hello and welcome to the forums. If you wish to fly in England, you should select Europe. If you wish to fly other than in England, you should select Global. If you wish to fly in and out of England, you should select Global+Hybrid. You will need an installed .pdf reader to read the Orbx Guide and any other user guides.
Lufferov
Okay, so If I want to fly in and out of England, I select Global+Hybrid... but which one should be "active"? Also, what are the advantages/disadvantages of NOT using Global+Hybrid? Why would I want to only select "Europe"? Also, I'm seeing black squares where the trees should be which is kind of ruining the whole thing, how do I fix that?
Nick Cooper
The idea is that you select your choice and then click on Apply Group. Your choice is then active. It will have a star next to it. If you install a .pdf reader, you can find all this information in the Orbx Guide. The black squares are almost certainly FTX lights. They do not display in the Direct 10 preview mode. You can find the setting at your in-game Display settings window and untick the box.
