Nick Cooper Posted January 20, 2016 Share Posted January 20, 2016 Hello and welcome. The files you have downloaded are compressed into a .zip folder. In this form, although you can see the files in Windows File Explorer, the installer cannot use them. You must first unzip the folder to a new location using a utility such as WinRar, Winzip or 7zip.
