wulfbindewald Posted January 14, 2016 Share Posted January 14, 2016 The KMRY runway and taxiway edge lights intensity configurator seems to be deactivated, although the corresponding bgl/bgl.off files (50-70-85-100%) are correctly activated by the configurator settings. What is the sense of the KMRY configurator if the new standardized edge lights can not be adjusted nor dimmed? The 50% setting is interesting as all edge lights are switched off....may be an electric circuit ;-) Wulf Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jarrad Marshall Posted January 14, 2016 Share Posted January 14, 2016 G'day Wulf, The config has been made redundant by the new lighting system introduced with 1.15 - the same reason why you won't find any lighting options on any of my airports post-KPSP. For a variety of reasons it causes less problems to keep the control panel in place, but as you find the options all produce the same intensity (as they are all calling the same file). The entire reason for the 50-100% options in the first place was to cater for the vagaries of .fx-based lighting on different setups - now that there is a new system that (more-or-less) displays consistently across all setups, there is no longer any need for it.
