LeeSteventon
Order number FSS0452953 I bought FTX: NA Blue Southern Alaska via the FlightSim Store as I understand it is needed befor the other sceneries will work correctly, and am having trouble installing. I have followed the instructions and NOT clicked "Finish" on the unwrapper as instructed. The program still aske me for a disk and only will accept "Abort" as a viable option. I also bought Juneau which installed perfectly but of course has all sorts of scenery problems because it lacks the base pack which I bought because the Juneau scenery said I needed to. This is for FSX and P3D in Windows 10. I enclose copies of the screen shots of the error reports. Please help Thanks Lee
Pavel.K
Hello, do you have all these files after extraction? If not, try to download it again with some download manager. Pavel

LeeSteventon
This is what the Juneau scenery currently looks like. I guess these problems would be fixed if I could install the Southern Alaska scenery.
Nick Cooper
You may have all those files, however you must first extract them from the download into another folder or the installer cannot read them and produces the error message you see. There is a topic on the subject here.
LeeSteventon
I'm using winzip, should that work? I have no problem with other big downloads using this.
Nick Cooper
Winzip will work perfectly well. You must be sure to extract the files, not just view them and then the installer will be able to use them. It cannot do this while they remain compressed. LeeSteventon
Thanks Nick, all sorted now. Created temp file on desktop and moved all files from winzip into that. worked as advertised after that. Many thanks Rgds Lee
