Plinux24
I keep getting an Out of Disk space error when installing FTX Global. I am using a 2TB hdd with over 500GB remaining. Not sure why the installer is complaining about disk space.
Nick Cooper
The installer need to unwrap to your Windows temp folder. How much free space do you have on your C drive? If not enough, the temp file can be moved to where there is enough. This topic explains how.
Plinux24
Thanks for your quick reply. I will check later today when I get home but I'm almost sure it has at least 80GB remaining. What do you mean by moving the temp file? I did move the installer to a second drive with lots of space and still got the error. Is the installer set to unwrap in the C: temp folder only? or are you referring to a temp file that is created prior to the actual unwrapping of the zip file? Thanks again for your help
Nick Cooper
Yes, the installer unwraps to the Windows temp file which is by default on the C drive. The topic I have linked to explains how it can be moved elsewhere if necessary.
