Jethro VH-JET
Hi Bert, These two vertical lines might be emanating from the aircraft "model" wingtips, have you tried another aircraft (Default Cessna 172) to see if they disappear, then swap back to this aircraft to see if they re-appear. Are you using (DX10 preview)
Bert Pieke
Nice try, but no.. The lines are stationary, a way behind the plane, and selecting the default C172 does not change the situation.. Using DX9, BTW..
Nick Cooper
Hello Bert, I see the lines also, I have left word for the developers.
FLighT
Makes me wonder if these are related to the white arrow over NAS Whidbey I mentioned in another post? Maybe unlikely but something to do with the fact that this was also developed for use with the Steam platform?
Aviara1985
I got an idea if you're using an nvidia card. I had those lines above trees. Then it came to me it could be some transparency AA issues. I then changed a setting in nvidia inspector (or better say I didn't realize it wasn't set as it should). After correcting it I'm still unable to locate said "lines". I'm using DX10 though and not sure if my "lines" are related to yours and if you're using nvidia inspector, but it's worth a try. The settings within nvidia inspector is the Antialiasing - Transparency Supersampling and then select one with "Sparse Grid"(!!). I have it set to 4x Sparse Grid Supersampling. Not having Sparse Grid, caused those lines.
Russell Linn
Hi Bert, We're aware of this minor issue as it was brought up in beta testing. We've been having a lot of trouble reproducing the problem but as soon as we do, we'll provide a fix for it. Thanks, Russ
