MD_Flier
Hello everyone, I believe that I may have messed up my scenery library order. I'm having a strange problem that as my plane is rolling down the taxiway or runway, textures in the immediate area are changing as I approach them. The textures also change if I switch to spot view and orbit the plane. Here are a couple of external shots of the default A321 sitting on Rwy 6 at KRSW, As I rotate around the plane, it looks like the airport textures are "fighting" with whatever textures are in the same area under the airport. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=575005796http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=575005759http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=575005730http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=575005707http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=575005682http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=575005659 FTX Global Base Pack FTX GLOBAL BASE PACK - Version 1.40 September 2015 FTX Global Vector FTX GLOBAL VECTOR PACK - Version 1.35 November 2015 Orbx Libraries FTX AA ORBX LIBRARIES VER 151108 8TH NOVEMBER 2015 Not sure where these came from, but they are installed: FTX_OLC_AA FTX openLC Base Region Version 1.10 - September 2013 FTX_OLC_EU1 FTX openLC Europe Region 1 (Baltics Demo) Version 1.10 - September 2013 FTX_OLC_NA1 FTX openLC North America Region 1 Version 1.00 - September 2013 Attached is a photo of my scenery library. Nick Cooper
Things may improve if you drag the blue OLC up to just above Edwards AFB. Save that configuration. Then move the orange FTX above that and save again.
MD_Flier
Thank you very much for your reply, Nick. I did as instructed, but it did not make a difference. I tried disabling my FreemeshX and rerunning the Vector airport elevation correction tool, but that did not make a difference either. I re-enabled FreemeshX, and re-ran the Vector AEC tool. KRSW still has the same issues. I tried several other airports in Florida and elsewhere, and I'm not seeing it everywhere. Everything looks and runs great, so I think I'll just fly with it as is. If you want to try something interesting, try setting your weather to Aug 15, 2015 at 3:55PM local time and your location to KRSW. Sit back, and enjoy your ride. ASN is doing a great job of it.
