krigl Posted June 20, 2009 Share Posted June 20, 2009 The Nimitz entered Sydney harbour yesterday afternoon, reportedly lending a hand in the trans - Oceania hunt for a small orange clownfish. They decided to try to attract him using a very strong array of fairy lights. Dusk drew in... ...and then night fell with a dull 'clank'. Morning came, but they had waited in vain. But then....the early morning air rang to the clatter of rotors as a mysterious black helicopter headed away from the mighty carrier. The Black Heli headed into the Sydney downtown... ...and where exactly it went nobody knows... ...but when 'Floss One' returned they immediately turned about and got under way. The Nimitz was last seen heading in the general direction of the Great Barrier Reef. caribou Posted June 22, 2009 Share Posted June 22, 2009 Truly great shots - also truly great freeware - both Aicarrier and Nimitz! Loads of fun flying between carriers off coast of Nowra. I have the ai shipping (east coast) running along with Aicarrier/Nimitz and have a ball flying helicopters between the various moving ships. Can't believe the fantastic fps/smoothness performance while doing all of this in the equally fantastic FTX scenery! Greta stuff!!!!
