active Elevation issues in Paris

Hi all. I purchased and installed Vector 1.35 today, after long time use of FTX Global and LC Europe among other orbx products. For my first flight, I took a look at Paris and was sorry to see The Eiffel Tower, and  the Orsay Museum and hanging above ground. The Louvre courtyard, meanwhile is a mishmash of scenery textures. 

 

Vector installed in its default location. I made no adjustments to any other scenery layers. Any help is appreciated, as always. Thanks
