dcongram
After downloading the new 'QUAD' installers, I installed 'FSGlobal' in Prepar3d-V3 and noticed I could also install in FSX-SE Steam edition. Which I did (and I assume that went well as there were NO error messages) I then installed Australia 140 in FSX-SE. And the latest library which includes ORBX configuration However, ORBX Configuration (newly downloaded) does not seem to support FSX-SE, you can only choose FSX or Prepar3d. This means you cannot select an INSERTION POINT in FSX-SE It also copied ALL the entries from FSX scenery.cfg into FSX-SE scenery.cfg, This produced two more interesting points. 1. ALL the entries from FSX (even though not installed in FSX-SE) point to FSX-SE\ORBX\...etc 2. No changes were made to Terrain.cfg for ANY of the entries. I know I read all the screens, and followed the directions implicitly.........but did I miss something ?
Nick Cooper
Have a look here. His solution may work for you also.
dcongram
Brilliant !! It moved the 'Australia' files to the correct insertion point and removed all the incorrect entries. Thank you.
