dannybobmusic
I installed KEKA and the latest libraries, but I do not see KEKA listed in FTX central. I want to access the control panel for KEKA but I'm not sure how since the airport is not listed.
Ed Correia
Under Settings in FTX Central, go to Troubleshooting and click Resync Orbx Products. See if that brings them up for you.
dannybobmusic
Under Settings in FTX Central, go to Troubleshooting and click Resync Orbx Products. See if that brings them up for you. Now none of them show up. Hmmm. I checked the installed products list and KEKA is listed.
Ed Correia
You are looking for it under the North America group?
dannybobmusic
Yep. After I did the Resync Orbx products, everything in the North America list disappeared. I did manage to access the KEKA control panel through one of the trouble shooting options. I reinstalled the library but they're still not there. Ed Correia
There may be a network issue as FTX Central access an online database to sync. I have noticed this happen now and then where everything disappears. All I can suggest for now is to maybe reboot your PC and modem and try again. DesertPilot
In the latest version of FTX Central, I noticed this: Settings->Tools->Offline Control Panels. Haven't tried it though.
dannybobmusic
This has been resolved. My FSX computer is not connected to the internet. Reconnecting it fixes the issue. Thank you for your help.
