ACTIVE PAKT Elevation "Jumping" Issue

Hello all,

Having a problem at PAKT. On approach the elevation of the airport will jump or fluctuate up and down several times. Really takes away from the enjoyment of the scenery.

Using FSX

I have UTX Alaska 1.2

The Orbx PNW Region for the area (Have all regions released for NA)

Tongass Fjords X

FS Global 2010

FTX Global Base

UT2

I believe I have followed all instruction posted that I could find that would correct elevation issues at PAKT. No luck.

Any suggestions on what might be wrong and a fix would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for responding. If it is a third-party conflict causing my problem I am simply stumped to what it may be?  Here are two photos showing the problem on landing approach. It is difficult to photo the "jump" itself occuring, so I circled areas of the scenery that changed as a result of the sudden elevation change.
