ACTIVE EGTF - Dim runway lights & no people

Hi all,

SO I seem to have two problems with EGTF Fairoaks.

1. The Runway lights seem very dim. I'm using the PAPI to identify where runway threshold is and then eventually as I get closer can make out the dim lights. (pictures below) I have updated the latest library and also manually installed modules as was suggested in another thread. It doesn't seem to have made a difference but if someone could possibly confirm if the pictures below are just normal and that is just how they should appear I would appreciate it.

2. Secondly I have buildings, cars, planes etc but no people. Any ideas?

DX10 Fixer

Not having much luck with my attempts to fix these issues!

However I am now seeing this to the side of the runway threshold at both ends...

I have reinstalled libraries and also re run the DX10 fixer in case it was something to do with that but no luck there.

Still unable to solve the very dim runway lighting.

Please note to simplify the issues I have created a separate post regarding the strange object above as this post was really centered on the problem of the dim airport lighting, which is still active, and the lack of people, which has been solved.
