FTX Global openLC NA Alaska/Canada landclass and mesh problems

Hi Bluebear

In your case, the default mesh is not enough to separate the landforms.

Even if you add a good mesh, there will only be a good view of the landscape with vector software.

=============================

So, IMHO, one must have a basic system as:

GLOBAL -

FTX Global Base

FTX Global openLC NA Alaska/Canada

FTX Global Vector - vector software

-

FS Global 2010FTX - mesh or other compatible Orbx System

=============================

See one of your screenshots (your third) with a system like the one described:

thanks Voyager for your quick response.
i will try a mesh to solve the problem.
i use
FTX Global Base

FTX Global openLC NA Alaska/Canada

FTX Global Vector - vector software

but there also some landclass anomalies as seen
in my shots and in your shot at the bottom.

Now i had tested som different meshes without success.

I noticed ,when i unticked the ORBX!VECTOR_CVX the surveys are gone.

It seems to be a wrong or corrupted vector file.

I have reinstalled OrbxFTXGlobalVECTOR120,
but that didn't solve the problem. :(

Voager seems to be right.
I have now  tried  FreeMeshX - North America
and most meshprobleme have gone, but unfortunately not all.
I think you probably need at least the
PILOT'S - FS Global 2010 FTX Compatible mesh for
the correct representation.

anyway, FTX Global openLC NA Alaska / Canada looks pretty good,
when the mesh fits .

cheers
