Dazkent
Hello I have just made a video that i have uploaded to youtube. 1920x1080 WMV format. When I first viewed the video on youtube i was horrified to find that 2 black bars had been added to the top and bottom added to resulting in a squashed effect. I added yt:stretch=16:9 to the tags as advised by youtube which seems to have solved the problem when viewing on my pc. However when i try and view on my mobile device/ tablet the video is still squashed. Please can anyone help as it has taken me a week to produce this video and would like the video to be viewable on all devices. many thanks Daz please fee free to pm me if you wish to see the video and i can sent you the youtube link
MarkH
How did you render the video? It sounds like you may have used a preset with non-square pixels.
Dazkent
I rendered it in nero with WMV format. I decided to try MP4 instead and now all works ok
