I just purchased KPSP today, but in the middle of the installing process I get 2 error messages, one telling me to insert disk #2, and the other that a decompressing error has occurred (#2029). I took 2 screenshots of them, but I can't seem to post them to the thread. I have plenty of space on my SSD. Can someone please help me. Thank you. Jarrad Marshall Posted July 22, 2015 Share Posted July 22, 2015 G'day Limacharlie, Welcome to the forums The issues you are having should be relatively straight forward to fix - rather than running the installer directly from your downloaded .zip file, you should extract/copy all the contents of the zip into a new folder and run the installer from there. This will stop the "insert disk 2" message - more information on this can be found on page 8 of our FTX Definitive Guide here. If you are still getting the decompression error following this, this is an indication of a possible corrupted download or not enough disk space, see here for more information.
