RocheTJ
Question --- I have FSX installed on my D drive. When I attempt to install any of the Orbx payware products, they want to install to my C drive. What does the installer look at to determine what drive to install on? I must have something on C drive (in the registry or elsewhere) that's cause the install to go to C. If my memory serves me correctly, I don't believe I ever had FSX on my C drive, Any suggestions ? RocheTJ
Nevermind.. I found a registry FSX tweaker utility program that allows you to change the FSX path in the registry.... that solved the issue.
glasgowguy1970
Roche, Where did you get the registry tweeker and can you post how you sorted the problem as I too am having the same problem I just de installed fsx and ftx from my c drive and have reinstalled fsx steam onto my E: drive but when I tried to install orbx base onto my E: drive it was trying to install onto my c drive. Truth be told I can work a computer but all this tech stuff fuddles me a bit in case I mess my comp up. Thanks in advance
