  1. Wow, 2 years since I added my vote for KRDD and we still dont have it.. I am still flying small Cessna's up and down the Western Seaboard from KORS Orcas to KPSP Palm Springs, and I miss not having the scenery for KRDD Redding. It is still available for FSX and Prepar3D but not for MSFS, I guess I shall just have to accept that it never will be ported over.
  2. I would like to add my name to that request. As I do GA VFR flights along the Western seaboard USA, Redding scenery would make the transit very appealing. I would also like to request KMFR Rogue Valley in Oregon so that I would have scenery connections between the Coastal and Western Cascade Ranges. KRDD Redding Municipal, Redding, Californi8a KMFR Rogue Valley International, Medford, Oregon
  3. This is wonderful and depressing at the same time. I look at the wonderful airport detail and scenery and realize that I shall never see this level of detail at any other Australian airports. So sad.
  4. Sorry for the late update, but yes, I did buy this scenery. I am loving flying the C150 down from Cairns via Townsville and into Mackay. A really pleasant airport to fly into, especially the Rwy 32 approach.. You did a good job with this one guys, and nice to see Orbx developed airports down under again..
  5. Wow, looks amazing. Such a shame I do not fly in Europe, but European pilots will surely love the detail these pics are showing, and it should be a great addition to the multitude of European airports now available. Now if only I could persuade Orbx to come back to their roots and start doing some Aussie airports... not holding my breath though.
  6. WOW. Now this is why I love the Orbx designed airports, I honestly thought I was looking at photographs of the real airport. Absolutely stunning. Orbx are back in Australia and this is definitely going into my buy basket.
  7. And there in lies my dilemma, Loyalty is huge for me, as in life and as in gaming. And if I leave and look elsewhere, I end up becoming just one of the 'herd'. And that is not me. And this is the last I shall say on this matter..
  8. I wasnt going to respond to this, but MSFG YPPH. really. have you seen any images of this FSX conversion over to MSFS. Both the MSFG and Axonos version's are not up to the standard we have come to expect and admire from Orbx airports.. And as I said in my initial statement, if Orbx is not going to do the airports I desire, then I shall find a developer who will...
  9. My concern regarding Orbx continuing to develop more airports in Europe and disregarding their original core locations, I have to re-assess why I stick with Orbx as my ''sole'' company to buy airports. I may as well go to another developer who may actually create the airports that I am seeking and support them. I have stayed with Orbx because of their quality and they were doing airports in my back yard ( which no-one else was doing), but if that is no longer the case then I may have to move on if someone else is doing those airports... And what happened to YPPH Perth ? And please don't say ''Axonos has done that'' as a side note : all but 1 of the airports I have ever bought for FSX, P3D and MSFS have come from Orbx
  10. In FS9 I was excited that an Australian company was doing scenery for Flight Sim players of Australia and the rest of the world, so I started collecting the VOZ scenery. In FSX and P3D Orbx continued this stellar work in the Australian, US and United Kingdom airports and region packs, so I continued to purchase more of these because they were so much better than most of their competition. BUT, with the advent of MSFS they have started to concentrate on scenery for Europe to the detriment of Oceania and the Americas. And lets not forget that there is still Africa, South East Asia, China, Russia, India, the Middle East and South America. If only Orbx could stop aspiring to be a commercial re-seller of other companies products and get back to developing their own airport scenery, and preferably scenery in regions that no-one else is also doing. Get back to converting previous FSX/P3D scenery and port them over to MSFS. Continue new airports in Australia NZ and the US. Continue medium to major airports up through the Indo-Asia Pacific. Spread around the Carribean Maybe even dabble a bit into the African North. Just my "two cents worth"
  11. I wholeheartedly concur with you Dasha. I don't need new airports, just bring over the FSX and P3d airports to MSFS. I would re-purchase all Orbx airports again. (although a discount would be quite nice :)
  12. And this is why I NEVER fly around Melbourne. I never have lag problems whenever I fly the FIFO miners route for their new rotation. Perth - Mount Magnet - Meekatharra - Bronzewing Now, if you can put these airports on the long term roadmap, that would be just fandiddlytastic! P.S. Great work on the roadmap guys
  13. Just checked their Facebook, (sorry Orbx) Axonos expect a release date announcement in the next couple of weeks. This will do untill Orbx do one... Because I prefer to have the Orbx sceneries.
  14. Thank you Dieter, I had never seen these sceneries before. I just had to get YPEA Pearce and I will have a flight there tonight. And donation gladly given. Lance.
  15. Freeware airports? I have so many on my wish list. But if I was to be pushed for a reply, then how about all the RAAF bases in Australia. 16 bases plus 3 bare bases. As the number of high quality military aircraft is increasing it would be good to be able to go to an ORBx improved base instead of the modest FSX offering or the current freeware airports offered elsewhere (some of dubious quality). regards, Lance p.s. Hopefully YPPH and a new AUS version makes an appearance..
