this looks like another fantastic addon...
-
looks a very interesting addition, will keep an eye out for updates on how this is progressing...
-
thanks for that, so mine looks the same as Nicks so I guess it's not HDR......not sure if it's worth being turned on then in games / sims....
-
silly question.......how do you check if it's HDR? if not does this also mean you should turn off HDR settings in P3D?

I like the look of the Foxtrot Flightstick, however earlier this year I bought a X52 Pro that I really like so until that breaks I will stick with it...
-
I imagine it will be like the steering wheel market, I have a Thrustmaster T150 for my PS4, flick a switch and it works on my PC, I wouldn't be surprised at compatible hardware working with PC and XBOX soon....

bought EIDW yesterday for P3D4/5, superb addon, I used this last about 1 year ago to see family, also my test flight is always EGGD-EIDW....all looks great except the grass(color is out)....the airport itself and the PBR looks lovely.....really pleased.....like the look of Donegal but spent way to much in the last few weeks it'll have to wait.....

Hi John, yes I have configured the controls for four planes so far and twice I have had to reconfigure them. Watching more closely I find that some things are save and some are not. The control surfaces are always saved, but the cockpit views are the ones I loose. I wonder if it has something to do with using the profile manager for individual profiles. For example I have one generic profile for my Rudders as they are the same for each plane, however after setting up my Stick and Throttle for the first plane (X-Cub), and saving, I later loaded the Bonanza G36 and immediately created a duplicate profile and modified the custom views to suit this plane. Ditto for two more planes.
Each new day and the custom views were lost, but not as I say - the control surfaces. I wonder if there is a bug for one thing I have noticed is that if I was using say the TBM and shut down and the next day I load the X-Cub and go and look at the control setup it is still showing the the profile for the TBM, whereas I would expect that it should be loaded with profile for the correct plane. I have mentioned this on the MSFS forums.
I think if you are doing profiles like that then you need to do it all for each plane, but I could be wrong.....it would make sense for views etc to be saved per plane profile...

when you make any changes are you being asked to save? if not I suggest a manual save......

Nice.. That's a great way of showing the difference.. Always said there was plenty of scope for Orbx.. MSFS is looking great but always room for improvement.. How long do we have to take advantage of the discount..
I have sim through Xbox game pass.. If I purchase a different version can I move any Orbx addons to my new version?
-
Have you tried to set them through the flightplanner? In testing I was setting sids and stars for the Bus in the planner.. They were then there in the plane..

this sounds like a good plan from Orbx, reasonably priced and deals for previous owners, lets hope others follow this example....I will be getting them for sure and especially KORS which is one of my favorites and certainly does need the Orbx touch in MSF2020......

superb shots of a plane that as much as I like it, it just looks wrong....big nose....weird rear.....but nice......they do look like proper workhorses though...
-
impressive stuff....

trying this now, thanks for sharig sounds like a prominsing option...

looking very good, still not sure on this one...I have bought some lemons for XP in the past but the stuff I have read on this seem positive and the price when I last looked was quite good, not looking for study sim, I like my PMDG DC6 and the help you get from the virtual engineer.....lets me enjoy the flying...
