Weird placed trees due to OLC_EU_REG_1.bgl

Hi,

I have noticed that with openLC EU there are certain areas with trees placed kinda weird where they are probably shouldn't be. (admittedly, not terribly bad but anyhow)

Here is an example in the approach LSGG runway 05.

I have found that these trees are placed by the file OLC_EU_REG_1.bgl in the FTX_OLC/OLC_AA/Scenery folder, i.e. they are part of the OPENLC_BASE scenery entry.

Now, my questions are:

  • Are these trees intended to be where they are?
  • Is this a faulty installation on my side or does other users also have these trees?
  • Does deactivating the OLC_EU_REG_1.bgl have any other negative effects in other areas which I haven't noticed so far?

Thanks very much.
