Jay Kae
Let us pretend your order number was 1234 right? Then it would be: Order Number: FSS0001234 Order Date: 2008-03-06 Reg Key: ABCD-EFGH-IJKL

LPHammer
Same issue here - I've send them an e-mail as well. Though my order number is only a 4 digit number - maybe that's the issue? Cheers -Lars
lucidreamer
ITS WORKING!! All I did is add the FSS000 to the begining of my order number and it now works!!!
LPHammer
Wow - just a headsup - My ordernumber was the culprit. Inserting "FSS000" before the ordernumber actually validated my purchase. Not the installer is doing its "thing".
Jay Kae
That is something you have to do yes.. add the FSS000 to your ordernumber as described above, the info has to be EXACTLY as described above

Rimshot
Had the same troubles, but addin FSS000 works indeed. How could I have known that? Is this information in the e-mail? Like the original poster I did not receive a confirmation mail of my purchase

RonF
Hi, I also was having the install (error 30) problem, but I also had the fss000 in front of my order # & I still was getting the error, so I deleted the order# & then entered the order# again & the program installed properly, just a heads up in case anyone else is still having the install error. Adrian Lehmann (FSS)
Hi All, We've made some slight modifications to the script in order for it to pick up on a few of the common little errors when entering the information. Thinks like extra spaces and incorrect case. Hope this helps.
william thompson
Hi, I can't validate my Scotland scenery - I goofed up with my first post, didn't put my FSS number in - FSS0231410 - now I'm stranded! I can't re-visit that page to edit and correct my fault, and I'm in no man's land, can anyone advise, best wishes, william
