RESOLVED Orcas Island Elevation issue

I've had Orcas Island for a long time. Ever since I've gone crazy, like many other folks, buying all these regions and airports, I'm now having issues with my elevation at Orcas Island. Besides PNW in the area, I also have Pacific Fjords, and further north I have Southern Alaska. Have followed all the installation instructions, and added the latest library. However, here is the issue.

Are you installing using the latest installer downloaded from FSS? It should be version 1.20 from October. 

 

Additionally since you have Vector make sure you've run AEC to correct any altered elevations. One more area to look is to make sure that the airport elevation file for PNW is in place correctly. Navigate to C:\...\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Scenery\World\Scenery and look for "ADE_FTX_PNW_KORS_elevation_adjustment.BGL", the file should be dated November 26 2010. If its extension has been changed to .OFF, rename it back to .BGL.

Hello Alex, and thanks for your help. I do have the latest version, 1.20, and the "ADE_FTX_PNW_KORS_elevation_adjustment.BGL" file is dated November 26 2010. But it was turned off, so that was the culprit. I've changed it back to .BGL, and is now back to normal.

Sorry to revive this; I have the identical problem, and my screen shots practically duplicate "specialist's".  My Orcas was an FSS purchase, transferred to FTX Central.
I have run AEC (several times since installing KORS).

I have located "ADE_FTX_PNW_KORS_elevation_adjustment.BGL"  which is active, and dated 27.11.2010 (which I guess is right - still 26.11. in the USA).

All my settings for FSX are per the Orbx user manuals.

Nonetheless my aircraft uses the sunken runway below the visible one, except for either end.

My sceneries in the region are entirely Orbx, except for Tongass Fjords X, way north.
