skimmer Posted December 22, 2014 Share Posted December 22, 2014 Now that I have the Global pac I see that there is no more, Default, option button in the FTX Central. I have FTX Global and North America for options. So all the FTX listings are always on top of all else in the FSX scenery library. Like all FSDT pacs are under FTX. Do I need to move them and any other airports on top of FTX for optimum performance of the non FTX airports? Thank you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
birdguy Posted December 22, 2014 Share Posted December 22, 2014 I have all of my non-FTX scenery except one on top; followed by the FTX collection. I have the insertion point at FSAddon's Tongass Fjords as recommended by Holger (I think) to make SAK compatible with it. When I install an Orbx product I just let the installer place it where it wants to. Same with the Pilot's mesh. I follow each installation with a re-install of the library and then run the Vector configurator to readjust the airport elevations. It all seems to work fine.
