Holy Cheese
What a great little aircraft this is, job very well done Paul! I'm having just a slight difficulty in trimming the aircraft. I use P3D2.4 and have a Saitek ProFlight Yoke, and have assigned one of the switches to trim. While this works fine for other aircraft, I am finding that even one move of the switch causes a change in the pitch trim by a few degress and so am constantly either rocketing skywards or plummeting downwards. Is there something I need to change on my control settings? Cheers Jack
Paul van Est
Hi Jack The elevator trim is quite sensitive on the Airtourer as the entire elevator is the trimming surface. however you can adjust the sensitivity of the button presses 1) Go into the control settings in P3D 2) Click on the "Buttons and Keys" tab 3) Scroll down to find the "Elevator trim (up) and Elevator Trim (down) entries that are assigned to your Saitek ProFlight Yoke 4) Reduce the repeat rate until you are happy ( I prefer 0 as it gives the finest control) I hope that helps Paul
Holy Cheese
Thanks Paul, I'll give that a try and see how I go on. Have to say I am really loving this aircraft - and the sound package is amazing! Very nice work Thanks Jack
