The instructions for the new FTX Global Base includes the following: Important note for those who have openLC installed. Unfortunately the Global installer will put back the files that were in the 'Baltic mini-demo'. This is easily resolved by running the openLC EU East installer and this will resolve the texture issues in that region. What is the openLC EU East installer and where can I find it? I've just looked into things and I must have been very tired when I downloaded openLC Europe as I somehow completely missed there were four installers to download. Now I understand.
