Paul Anderson Posted October 3, 2014 Share Posted October 3, 2014 First off, running WinXP 32 bit using Firefox, target drive has around 60 gig free space.There are two download links to choose from, these are 4.41 gig files.I tried each using standard download which usually works, both ended after a few minutes and a few hundred thousand bytes.I then installed FlashGet 3.7 (one of the three download managers recommended by flightsimstore) and tried downloading again.Both stopped at 84.3% and would not get past that, even trying pause and start several times.Tried again later, one stopped at 84.3% again and the other link at 82.9%.Any ideas if this is an XP, flightsimstore, or Flashget problem?Thanks in advance. Morten Posted October 5, 2014 Share Posted October 5, 2014 Ha! Yes indeed IDM does the job! I bought Get Right less than a year ago - also recommended by Flight Sim Store. Until recently it has worked perfect (however with a completely chaotic user interface), now however it will hang during dowloading the Global zip for an estimated time of 1374 hours ) IDM does the the job in 15 minutes here!
