now that I am playing with some montioring, found one little issue,

 

P:\FTXAI\SimObjects\Airplanes\FTX AU Boeing B737-800\sound\bmflaps.WAV

P:\FTXAI\SimObjects\Airplanes\FTX AU Dash 8-300\sound\kmflap.WAV

 

seems FSx cant find them even if i put the files in the default sound folder, so created a sound folder in teh plane dir and put files there now issue gone.
