corkery
Taxying east I am getting a CTD which seems to be coincident with getting close to the tractor cutting the grass. I have tried 4 different aircraft and different times of year but it is definitely worse in Aug? I have all patches applied and I also have he latest libs installed. corkery
I take it no one in the support team can replicate this? I have other thoughts about why this would occur but it would be nice to eliminate any scenery flow issues as a cause.
Wolter van der Spoel
Hi Tony, Can't replicate the mentioned CTD at 0S9 here with all sliders maxxed out, probably there is something else at your end that's the culprit for the by you experienced phenomena
corkery
Thanks. Done some more testing and it appears that this only happens when the weather is being injected by Active Sky Next! If I fly with the weather set to the fair weather theme then all is fine (no pun intended )). I have no idea why this should happen and at roughly the same place every time! Weird. Wolter van der Spoel
Weather settings set to high can cause exhaustion of available RAM hence you suffer the CTD's try using lower settings and see if that alleviates the issue
corkery
After modifying the cloud layers manually I found this CTD was related to the number of cloud layers and coverage. However, after turning off the object flow tractor the CTD went away. I had to do this manually as it isn't an option in the control panel.
