everyday value
hi sorry if this topic as already be answered Why is Orbx scenery i.e all regions not like other scenery and they have to be turned on and off say if flying from UK to USA or say you are flying in the UK and wanted to load a flight plan from the US Region, you would have the come out of sim change from UK to USA. I have VFR France and Aerosoft Germany scenery when it is installed it takes over default scenery so will always be there when you fly in and out. Don't get me I love Orbx scenery and I have a couple of US Regions and all EU Regions but its a bit of a drag turning on and off if you fly in and out and not be able to have more then one turned on at one time thanks again mike
spud
If you have installed FTX Global then simply select Global and check the Hybrid box. You can then fly into and out of regions without switching them on and off.

Alex Goff
Hi Mike, The original reason for turning regions on and off was to have localized sets of autogen and lclookup calls. Different autogen sets and lclookup.bgl's could not be enabled at the same time so a switcher was made. Since the development of Global we've found better ways to keep everything enabled all at once, with some small exceptions.
