Dazkent
Hi I have had my new pc for a couple of days and want to sit down over the next few days and install FTX global to my new pc and want to do things in the correct order, I know that I need to download the latest libs and install that last. Do I need to uninstall global on my old pc before I install onto the new one? and can I install global first and then PNW? My new pc has windows 7 as apposed to vista kind regards Darran
Alex Goff
Hi Darran, You don't need to uninstall from the previous PC first. Given that you only have Global and PNW it's a pretty easy setup. First I'd make sure you have the latest updated PNW installer from FSS (http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/75359-ftx-na-pnw-triple-installer-now-available/). The recommended order of installation would be: -PNW + patches (if not using the updated installer) -FTX Global + patches -Latest Orbx Libraries found at the bottom of the support page: http://www.fullterrain.com/support.html Regards, Alex

Dazkent
Hi Alex Do i need to start FSX and reboot between installing PNW, Global and Orbxlibraries or can I just install one straight after the other and then start FSX? Kind regards Darran
Alex Goff
Hi Darran, There shouldn't be a need to start FSX or reboot between installs. When I do a reinstall I usually just do everything in one go, install the libraries to sync it up, open FTX Central and set the area I want then load up FSX. Cheers, Alex
