papabb Posted February 8, 2009 Share Posted February 8, 2009 A repaint for the Shockwave Wings of Power III P-47D Thunderbolt, representing P-47D-23-RA 42-27886 "Sylvia/Racine Belle", the aircraft flown by Captain Marvin Grant, of the 342nd FS/348th FG in New Guinea between the middle of 1944 and the end of that year. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Martin Catney.
