ACTIVE outback lights

I see lights on ALL roads and tracks in Orbx. Hundreds of sparkly lights on every road and track. I have asked about this before but never managed to sort it, and I thought with the development that has taken place over the years someone might now know how to fix this. The screenie does not capture what I see, as it is rows of hundreds of twinkling, sparkling lights everywhere there is a small track, and in the outback this is very disconcerting. Teecee.
