Maurice_King
Mate FSX really doesn't give a shit, BUT if you take ma advise you will have a 20-50 Gb Partition for your OS only and everything else will be on different drives. The OS doesn't give a toss so essentially you can install it it where ever you want. OH if you add a HDD you DO NOT have to reinstall simply move the FSX dir to where you need it to be and edit the Registry.

aeugli
Hallo Maurice, excuse my ignorance, but what do you mean with "edit the Registry"? Thanks for your answer Rainer
Penzoil3
There's an entry for the location of FSX in the Windows Registry. When you change the program location, that entry must be changed too. There's a little tool that will do it for you. "TweakFS - Registry Utility for FSX- Version 1.21", can be found on AVSIM, and it works great.
