lthendrix
Hi. way back when I had fs global 2010 installed (it takes 6 hours) many airports were in trenches or on plateaus so I uninstalled it. Am I correct in the assumption that if I have fs global 2010 installed and then added the vector product that the install of vector would remedy these elevation problems? thank you for your answer yours in fun Lt hendrix
lthendrix
Allow me to answer my own query vector comes with the elevation fixes so if vector is installed with fs global FTX edition than no airports should be on plateaus or in trenches is this correct? StefanSchaefer
Yes, you are correct. But take note, there still is (and at least in FSX always will be) the flat airport concept. So, if the airport is not located on a totally flat bed, you will always see hills or walls at its edges. But we are working on a new version of AFM to remedy even that .... Cheers!
