ACTIVE textures corruption in CRM near N44:8.48 W113.35

I have seen many textures issue in the area just north of airport 2ID2, in fact it covers an area of about 20 miles. There are some summer textures with winter and the separation is quite dramatic. Here is a screenshot but this is only a small example, I could take some more where the terrain seems to load 2 separate seasons.
