CptMatt
Couple of observations and IMO - Probably worth investing in a gold or silver rated 750w PSU for this system, you also need to make sure it's rated for Haswell. Haswell has a different power draw requirement. Not sure this PSU is modular either, this won't impact performance but will make a nice build. 4770K is pointless unless you're planning to utilise hyper threading / 8 cores for something. FSX and PSD don't support this. You could get a 4670k which will give you the same performance and put the savings into a better PSU. You didn't mention a cooler, this is important if you're going to overclock and if not drop the k series chip and save some more money. Windows ultimate is a pointless extra expense for flight sim purposes. No solid state drive(s) seems a shame on a high end system. From what I've read although this could be bullcrxp, Intel still has the edge over AMD in graphics performance for P3D (and FSX). May be worth paying the extra for a GTX780 but I've not seen any actual evidence of this. Hope this helps. Matt
