Tim Harris
Gday Karangi, For payware support you'll need to include your order number as per the forum rules, more info here: http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/1157-important-notice-please-add-your-order-to-your-sig-for-support/

Tim Harris
Thanks Karangi, First thing to do if there is an issue with a particular airport is run a windows search of your main FSX folder (little box - top right) for ICAO of the airport, in this case: NZWP At my end there are 4 x files, if you have any others that may be the cause, let us know what shows up and we can go from there
Karangi
I have heaps pertaining to Whenuapai. Where do we go from here .I have those 4 in there. I thought FTX where switched on over ride all the others. Which ones do I need to search for. I can't figure how to copy and paste for you. Tim Harris
That would indicate you have a scenery conflict with a 3rd party addon You can either remove all the extra NZWP files to a 'hold' folder and retain the Orbx version, or seek advice from the developer of the 3rd party version in integrating, there might even be a patch or at least some instructions available, I know a lot of NZ scenery has been patched Bottom line is that it is not an issue with NZNI itself but rather a compatibility issue with an older scenery, you are welcome to create a thread in the compatibility section of the forums here http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/forum/80-ftx-compatibility-forum/ perhaps somebody has already trodden this path before
