ACTIVE Need help uninstalling very old version of AUS Blue

I purchased the AUS SP4 and would like to install it, however, I did purchase AUS Blue in early 2008, which is installed on my system.  By the way, I do not know if this is pertinent, but I have the old FTX Mode and do not have the current FTX Central.

Anyway, I would like to install my new AUS SP4 and am wondering the best approach.  I am thinking it may make the most sense to simply uninstall the old AUS Blue and then install the new AUS SP4, but I really do not know what the best approach would be, so I was hoping to get an accurate answer.  If I do need to uninstall the old AUS Blue that has the FTX Mode, could someone advise how to do that.  Thanks so much.

Hi Mike,

 

To get everything working through FTX Central, install the latest libraries and that should take care of it. If you've already done that, FTX Mode may still be residing in the folder structure but it's not being used.
