ACTIVE ORB Libs and entries of regions and airports still under non ORBX sceneries on scenery cfg

Hello,two setups on two different pcs.

On one when I switch FTX central to región specific,all ORBX stuff goes up to the list eg UTX gets under orbx entires on scenery library.

But in one particular it does not happen,even if Iinstalled all orbx stuff after UTX and other Non orbx sceneries like aerosofts ones.

Switching FTXCentral to region specific, UTX and, for example US cities, are still over orbx entries in the scenery library, is this correct?

If  I check that to validate on FTXCentral, it says is ok,but I always undestood that switching to región specific must put orbx scenery entries over the top.

Am I correct or somehting is wrong or it doesnt matter?
