Going by the dates would that be NA.CRM 1 and 2 or just 2 ? And at what point would the patch NA.KYWS 110 be installed ? There's a 1.10 patch for KWYS on the same page - I think 1.15 is for the download version only. You can also upgrade the DVD version to the download one: if you bought it at FSS, simply "purchase" it for no cost; if you bought it elsewhere, you can use the Cross Grade Offer for a nominal fee.
