ACTIVE Fall Textures in the Caribbean - With UTX and FTX Global Installed

I am using UTX Tropical America and Caribbean (UTX TAC). On top of that I have FTX Global installed. I am having issues of seeing fall textures around the Caribbean - The Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico and Key West, FL - perhaps the whole region. The last thing I want to see when I'm flying somewhere sunny and warm are trees turning yellow and orange for the winter season!

 

Anyone seen this and/or have a fix for it? I do have the latest versions of UTX TAC and FTX Global installed.
