Maurice_King Posted December 27, 2008 Share Posted December 27, 2008 Yes John you must have passed the Pilots Radio Test and at one point you had to actually have a licence issued by the ACA just like Amateur Radio Operators etc, but this has changed I think. As to your query, Yes - Airborne observer with the NSW SES Aviation management team. FYI looks as if Ozpilot has the best deal....
