I just spent the afternoon installing my whole of NA region packs and updates plus a few NA airports and thier updates and this is the only file that has buggered me up. lthendrix Posted October 1, 2013 Author Share Posted October 1, 2013 it says, windows cannot access the specified device path or file .You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item. it seems every time I untick read only that it rebuilds itself and when I check it again it is blued in?
