ACTIVE FTX Central Errors "Could not find part of path"

When running FTX Central for the first time and you click on Oceania and apply I received the following error : Could not find a part of the path 'C:\program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\ORBX\Scripts\Backup\BLDA2.dds'

 

In addition if I try and run FTX Light Tweaker  I receive the following error:Could not find a part of the path 'C:\program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\ORBX\Scripts\FTX Status.cfg

Make sure you get all updates and patches for your installed FTX Titles => http://fullterrain.com/support.html

and don't forget to install that latest library files last

I also have the same problem and when I run NZSI all the runways & taxiways seem to be about 20 feet above the ground. If I start in a low lying area I can not get onto the taxiway or runway I crash. i have all the updates.
