southie4
In 2011, Tim Harris wrote in a FAQ that: To completely uninstall all ORBX products (useful if your suffering problems, and fixes most issues providing your basic FSX install is OK)FIRST set FTXCentral to [Default]- Browse to your main FSX folder, and delete the ORBX folder- Browse to FSX\Scenery\World\Scenery and delete any ORBX/NRM/PFJ/PNW/EU/NZ.. titled filesAnd then delete any orbx icons etc.. on the desktopDone! Does anybody know for certain that this will remove FTX Central, along with the products? I ask because my FTX Central might be corrupted, given the problems I've described in my earlier posts. I sometimes have FTX Global or Default showing in FTX Central but never both. Thanks, Robert
Phil Manhart
Yes, if you delete the Orbx folder, it will effectively wipe FTX Central from the drive. FTX Central is located in Orbx\Scripts\FTX Central\ within the FSX directory.

sightseer
What about changes made to the scenery library? How do I undo those? 2/3 of my Orbx is installed directly to FSX and then linked to P3D1.4 and then the other third is installed directly to P3D1.4 . I want to uninstall all Orbx from everywhere and then reinstall direct to P3D1.4 so I can link from there to P3D2 when I get it. Thanks for the help.
