RESOLVED FTX Central - Unhandled Exception

I get an unhandled exception error when trying to "Apply" FTX North America. If I click "Continue", nothing appears to happen - the spinner just keeps spinning forever. Is this a known problem, and is there a fix for it?

Install the latest Orbx Library and then try it.  Installing that after everything usually fixes all these errors (for the most part).
