However if you don't have broadband you can select the optional DVD media option which will burn the installer onto a plain-wrapper disc and mail it to you anywhere in the world. Can i ask when you purchase either the download or the optional DVD media option, does it come with the uninstaller and latest updates applied, or do you need to download these as well separately.
