The "flicker" is switching between the summer and winter object flow - both visible at the same time. Please be aware that this freeware works correctly with the installed region pack NRM only and I don't see it in your signature. The other thing I can think of is to delete the folder with CEJ4 and reinstall with the Patch and latest libraries. The object flow wasn't included with the 1.0 release.
