imjimh Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 I have tried for 2 days, day and night to download FTX Global with no luck. When I get to 98%, I loose it. A total of 12 times. I guess that is enough to realize it isn't happing for me here in Colorado. I have 53G speed, and I even tried a downloader, so there shouldn't have been a problem. Never had this problem with larger downloads before.But I now have given up. It is what it is... I also bought the DVD set at time of purchase. I will wait for those to arrive. Nightowl Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 Had the same problem here. Tried both IE and Google Chrome. Both get stuck during the download. After installing the free download manager (http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/) all went well and the download came in smoothly. Maybe worth a try?? John Venema Posted July 30, 2013 Share Posted July 30, 2013 I always use GetRight download manager and it's segmented downloads option. It's the most reliable apps I've used for the past decade. If your download consistently fails at the same % you really do need to clear out your browser's cache and history (keep your cookies though).
